Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed in Cincinnat from Failed out of box Purchased today. Completely rearranged our kitchen counters for the optimum work space. Got our meal prepped, went into pre-heat mode and…. E-1. E-1? Well nothing on the pamphlet explains that. I checked the online manuals. There isn’t one. Oh, I even cut and pasted the model number from THIS LINK. No manual. I did a Google search and got conflicting messages that the electronic board was bad or it needed better ventilation. With more than one foot clearance on each side, it’s obviously not ventilation. Well, our 5 year old air fryer is about finished with the third part of our dinner. So much for bigger and better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by irritatedsally from just a mini oven with features that don't work... Have had this for a few months now and am totally disappointed with it. I bought it mainly for the convection feature but it doesn't seem to exist. I like to roast vegetables but this oven took 55 minutes to roast a tray of veggies (yes, I had it set to 'Convection'). I can do this faster in my normal oven! Toast takes 10 minutes and makes the bread super hard - best to use a regular toaster that only takes a couple of minutes with perfect toast. In summary, all I have with this product is a mini oven that does nothing else but cook - no convection, no roasting, etc. I won't even bother trying to bake anything with it. This has been a huge waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hailey97 from Super fun and easy to use! This product was a ton of fun to use, especially since the setup was a breeze. I enjoyed baking a variety of things in the oven, all of which ended up very tasty. Setting the timer took some getting used to, but it did not take too long to figure out. My only other complaint is that the clock is a bit fast. This means I cannot rely on it for time, but it is not too big of an issue since I have many devices with accurate clocks. Overall this is a great product due to its design and features. The French doors were really cool, and that was definitely my favorite aspect of the oven.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ruphus from French doors and "16 inch pizza" Bought this at Costco a month ago. Though the size is bigger than most, it does NOT fit a 16" pizza pan [which I had also bought at Costco]! This, for me, is a big deal > one of its selling points. French door spring mechanism too easily disengages in the open position, causing the doors to close as I'm retrieving the food, and thus, incurring a burn mark from the door/s on my forearm. And one more thing, which is my fault for not confirming when I bought it > there's no interior light, as my former ovens all had. I really miss not having a light. I'm thinking of returning this oven. The Costco price was very appealing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dilbert from I have used this for the past two years... The wife and I purchased the French Door oven in late 2018 as a Christmas gift to ourselves. We have had absolutely no problems with the functioning of this oven. The convection operation is a breeze! (See what I did there?) The only improvement I could suggest is a silicone seal on each of the glass doors to keep the heat inside of the unit. There is a slight gap between the doors when closed. It would also be nice if there was a comprehensive user manual and a cookbook included. The manual leaves a LOT to be desired and there is no cookbook at all. But these are minor annoyances. As we say down South... Oster, Y'all done good!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Trekker04 from Not as advertised I bought this about a year ago for my elderly mother so she would not have to bend over to use a hot oven. She recently told me that it doesn't work. Well I tried it out on a few things and was so disappointed. The broiler function takes 20 minutes to cook a steak, vs. 7 minutes in my oven. The top heating element never turned red. Toast takes about 10 minutes vs 2 minutes in my old toaster oven. I wish she had told me it didn't work while I still had the chance to return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rosiethefirst from Model TSSTTVFDDAF I purchased the French Door Digital Air Oven from QVC. I have used it three times and the BAKE PAN is a mess. I hand wash it in soapy water, and drain dry it. The coating is coming off, and in places it looks like the coating is so thin that it is discolored and could start to rust from continued use. I tried calling the 800- phone number and only get someone from Asia, all they do is hang up on me. Please send me an address so that I can send the baking pan back in order to get a new one. I purchased the oven at the end of December. At this point, I would not recomend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by 2020oven from Disappointed at Oster I have used a lot of appliances from Oster and are happy with them but this oven is just disappointing. I received this as a gift but right out of the box I noticed that both the top and bottom elements don’t burn red at all. But this is the first oven that I own and I honestly don’t use oven much, so not knowing any better I though that this is normal. During this pandemic I started baking more and every time I would notice that it takes me double the time any recipes require me to. So I bought a oven thermometer and it turns out the temperature is severely under! So I called customer service and they told me that there’s nothing they can do for me and questioned me how come I don’t contact them when I noticed that the elements don’t burn red right out off the box. I explained but they don’t care and then they told me it’s not under warranty no more and that was it. Now I’m stuck with an oven that doesn’t heat up properly right out of the box. But who cares? Certainly not Oster.
