Rated 3 out of 5 by Jimmy from Does a reasonable job. I bought this Toaster Oven (TSSTTVF8GA) about a year ago and it has done the job. It will handle an 8 inch frozen pizza but not one larger. Bread is not toasted uniformly - I have to rotate and flip the toast to get it browned evenly. Frozen biscuits also call for the same rotate and flip. The timer control has a smooth round knob and is very hard to turn. It should turn easier OR have a knob with some easy-to-grip surface. I do like the stainless steel cabinet but I would hesitate to buy again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Happy3451 from Why you can't use foil on trays! I always like to line my trays with foil (not the baking rack of course) for easier clean-up. I don't see the difference between a tray that is not covered with foil vs one that is. Also, the function symbols is just a guess. It would be nice if you put the symbol beside each explanation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TrainerCary from The Best Over the years I have had three of these, i got a new one each time I moved. Best toaster oven ever. I use it constantly as a substitute for my large oven, it holds surprisingly large pans and cooks well. Toasting is typical for a toaster oven, not quite precise but good. Broiling is also excellent. You could pay a lot more for another brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SamE from Bought a model TSSTTVF*8GA countertop oven I bought this oven awhile ago and the knob for the timer broke. I have looked everywhere, including the Oster site and can't find a place to get a new knob. It seems to be very difficult getting the simplest replacement part for this oven making this oven pretty much useless. Because of the problems getting this simple part, I can't recommend getting this item or probably any Oster toaster oven. Buy from a company that has replacement parts available.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SharonBC from It will not heat, has power. I purchased his as a Christmas gift to myself. I did no have the counter space for it as it is quite large, so I had a cabinet stand made to accommodate it. I have used it less than 50 times and it is no longer working. I continues to have power however it has absolutely no heat on any setting. I would like to know why this product is not working after very little use. and have you had other complaints such as this?

Rated 3 out of 5 by Teddybearmiller from Great oven. Poor Thermostat I bought this oven a bit over one year ago. It worked great except for the thermostat. I used an oven thermometer to check the temperature. At 450 degrees on the thermostat the oven temp only got up to 325 to 350 degrees F. Then the thermostat stuck and the oven temp went way over 450 degrees F. After that the thermostat was way off. At 450 degree setting the oven temp only got up to 250 degrees. The thermostat operates on a bi metal strip. Once this strip becomes overheated it no longer works to detect the heat/temperature. I had hoped to get another thermostat to install as the oven works aside from this. But, Oster is no longer accepting or sending orders. So I won't be purchasing another Oster oven. I have ordered another make the same size and for a lower price than the Oster oven. Too bad the thermostat is so faulty. It was a great little oven for cooking small meals.
