Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bought a model TSSTTVF*8GA countertop oven I bought this oven awhile ago and the knob for the timer broke. I have looked everywhere, including the Oster site and can't find a place to get a new knob. It seems to be very difficult getting the simplest replacement part for this oven making this oven pretty much useless. Because of the problems getting this simple part, I can't recommend getting this item or probably any Oster toaster oven. Buy from a company that has replacement parts available.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It will not heat, has power. I purchased his as a Christmas gift to myself. I did no have the counter space for it as it is quite large, so I had a cabinet stand made to accommodate it. I have used it less than 50 times and it is no longer working. I continues to have power however it has absolutely no heat on any setting. I would like to know why this product is not working after very little use. and have you had other complaints such as this?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Compact oven with great function, terrible quality I bought this oven around 2 years before. I bought it for its size and convection feature. But within two years, it started to burn all my food. Temperature is much more than the selected one, tried different temperature settings from 300-400F. But the temperature is always much higher than 450F. My average usage is once a week, still, it's couldn't survive two years. No more Oster products.

All the figures are on the bottom of dials, so when you're looking down at it you can't see any of the numbers. Plus the time dial is very difficult to turn backwards. Which you have to do if you want anything under 20 mins. I have now exchanged it for a different model

The whole unit gets very hot and is impossible to clean - the toaster is useless as it doesn't toast evenly. This is my 2nd Oster and I will NEVER buy one again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Convection oven Would be a great oven if temp control was more precise. Seems to be out by 50 degrees...certainly does not match markings on the oven. I've had to use a portable temp guage to find true temp.
