Rated 1 out of 5 by Moses199 from Bad/Poor Design My experience with Oster Mini Mixer is horrifying as the process of opening the cap from the mixing bowel was depressing. Who ever engineered the design of the twist seal mechanism did not take into consideration vacuum formation stopping the lid removal easily. That would not happen in EU Molinex or US Black and Decker. Why should a Canadian product be so lacking on basics for a basic kitchen product?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Navroop from Didn't even last a week Just used this hand blender for a week until the plastic rotator thing broke. Only been using the blender to blend tomatoes and onions. Too delicate. Cant even find the part name online to get a new one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Very Disappointed from Lid on the cup won't come apart. Very frustrating - very poor design. No support from Oster for the several questions on this subject in the Q & A. We are returning ours because we cannot use it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by amh92 from Water trapped in lid I received this as a gift and after accidentally putting the lid to the cup in the dishwasher, there is water trapped in it and I cannot get it out. I don't even want to think of the stuff growing in there without it being able to fully dry out. The motor part works fine but I can hear water sloshing around in the lid every time I use it and I can't just buy a new lid without buying an entire new set.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mike123 from Bowl cover broken We have had this unit for two years and have had a lot of success. Today, the bowl cover stopped working, so it's now useless. The vertical shaft will no longer rotate the blades in the bowl.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JocelynHodd2020 from Love it but parts missing. I bought this over a year ago and use the hand blender for a lot of my soups and mash. Very good machine. I've even made mayonnaise. I wanted to start using the chopper which I haven't used since the day I bought the package and the blade is missing. Is there a way you can send me the blade? I wanna start making some salsa and take advantage of my cool little unit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Macarena from Excellent product I had this in Chile and now in Canada, both very good, with the difference that in Chile the same product had a whipper too. Do you have that attachement? It would be complete!!! I really like this product, in Chile my mom still using it, already have 6 year, and the one I got in Canada has 2 years now. Never a problem! Sometimes just hard to open the chopper

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jennifer66 from Chopper attachment I have had this product for a while at the cottage but it was the first time I ever needed the chopper attachment. It worked quite well but when finished I put it in the sink to wash. It was soaking for 10 minutes or so but when I went to dry it, there was water in the top part of the chopper. No way to get it out. I called support and while the woman was very nice and polite, after checking with her supervisor what to do, they asked me to send a picture of the top of the chopper. I was a bit confused because they must know what it looks like. She then said they need to see where the water is. I told her I can't see the water, I can only hear it swishing around. So basically, if you get water in the chopper lid, you are out of luck. I will be trying to dismantle it, then reglue it as I do not want moldy water possibly leaking into any future food I chop. I would recommend the main blender part but don't get the chopper attachment unless you never have to give it a good wash.
