Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty Lid I used this kettle only 6 months and now cannot open the lid which is operated by a spring mechanism. I am totally disappointed because the kettle which works fine but is useless due to this inadequate design to open the lid.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't last. Had a new kettle for almost a year when it stopped working. Put in a warranty claim and then bought a backup kettle, different brand. It took almost a month to get a replacement kettle. After the backup died, we starting using the replacement. It leaked after one month.

We did really like the design so we bought a second one hoping it would last longer. It is still working but the lid won’t stay shut and therefore the automatic shut off won’t work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective from the start Auto shutoff activates well before the kettle boils. Have to reactivate to make it boil. Also, a small puddle appeared last time I took it off the base. Not sure where that came from.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not waste your money! I bought this kettle 2 months ago. Paint kettle becomes soft and slide on metal if the kettle is hot. Metal becomes naked. I do not recommend to buy.
