Rated 2 out of 5 by from Warranty is void because product is obsolete I bought this 2.5 years ago because of the multiple functions and recommendation of a friend. It has been working fine. The adaptor for the food processor recently broke (it didn't like the thick batter). I could not find a replacement online. You can't take it apart to find the problem because it is one solid outer piece. I called the Oster support line. I was told the product and parts are "obsolete" and was offered a toaster oven instead. I don't need a toaster oven. Then I was told I had to pay my own shipping to return it (>$50). I declined to do this, so they offered "free" shipping. However, I don't want the blender portion to end up in a dump, so I will take the "loss" of the food processor part. It works fine but the "warranty" is deceiving when they discontinue the product and then offer a wildly different product as a replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great blender BUT short life span! The spindle came off after the fourth smoothie meaning the blender cannot be used until repaired. Such a shame. Very poorly made. Otherwise loved all four smoothies it made.

The blender is still working well but the blade isn't as sharp as it used to be. I am here to find a replacement part, but now I may try the 1400 watt model instead.

I am almost sure is the blade and I have not been able to find a replace part or replacement number anywhere, including Sotero website. It is 93 mm diameter. I can only find the 66mm. Help...
