Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lots of power We bought this to replace a worn out Oster we’d had for years. It had delivered 100’s of smoothies. We tried a comparable Ninja but sent it back. The Ninja’s use a plastic jar. To get a glass jar required getting a model that was too bulky. However, the new Oster is leaking from around the metal blade assembly. We’ve sent a message to Oster and await their response. It’s barely 4 months old so the warranty should address the fault.

Customer service was not helpful at all and now I have to pay for return shipping. Really wishing I had bought from Amazon instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement for our old 12 speed Oster blender. Bought the new one on the 9/sept/2020 Just delivered on the 24 th Sept. Had a very hard time finding the model number on the new one the old one has the model number on the bottom and is marked model 6811. I could not locate the model number on the new one so I used 1200. Could you please let me know where the model number is on the new one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works good but loud Bought this a couple of years ago. It's used often, sometimes daily for shakes. It does work well pulverizing frozen strawberries and the like. The only drawbacks are that the bearing in the cutting blades started leaking early on and now it is broken (blades spin freely). Secondly, it is loud so we moved it into the garage.

How do I go about getting a manual for this blender? I do not feel I can give a good rating for this as yet as I have not used it and am waiting to find out how I can get a manual.

However when washing the glass in the sink, a spoon landed on the spout and a piece came off. I think there was a flaw in it when I got it but thought nothing of it. It should be a warranty problem if I could find out how to deal with this.

I believe that there was a flaw in the glass and when tapped by a teaspoon a piece fell out. I need to find a manual for this machine and also the part number for the glass jar. would love Oster to deal with this

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use just purchased and found the first smoothie I made with ice worked and was smooth. Second one not so well. Had cleaned it and put the parts back together but started leaking out the bottom the next time I used it. Oster what is the problem, same ingredients.
