Love it until it broke! :(
I bought it as a Christmas present. We only used 2 times because it broke after the second use, less than a month after purchase. We bought it Dec 9 broke Dec 28. Assuming it was bad luck and got a poor quality one. Nice idea and style shame poor built.

Poorly Designed for 21 Century!!!
Non-replaceable batteries, Nicd batteries, LED light doesn't turn green when charged!!! Do I need to say more!!! Shame on Oster!!! The product information page on Amazon didn't explain any of the above otherwise I would have never purchase it.

Was great
This was given to my husband for his birthday. We loved it. Our company were so amazed of how good it worked, then it stopped working. The charge part broke away and now it won’t charge. There is no way to fix it.

Love it for myself and love it for a gify
I bought two last summer, one for home and one for the cottage. I really liked them and so did my friends, so I bought two more and gave them to my friends as gifts. So easy to use and always a conversation piece.

Very disappointing…
I received this as a Xmas present and it is broken just after 3 months. It has stopped charging and a piece has broken off as well..very disappointed in the quality..would like a refund or a new one sent…

Very disappointed
Got this for Christmas - It hasn`t been used for a month and already the opener isn`t keeping its charge. Starts to work and then stops. Very disappointed because it had been working beautifully.

Great purchase!
We had this opener for over 5 years, in regular use. My husband had to take it a part a few times to retrieve corks that got lodged, but otherwise it worked very well until it stopped working.

No longer chsrging
Have had this for 8 months. Only use it once a week and it no longer charges. Have sent 3 emails to customer service and still have not received a response as this is still under warranty

Fell Apart after 2 months
