Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Personal Blender On The Market Today! I bought this Oster MyBlend because it said 3 year Satisfaction Guarantee on the box. Well, I am amazed! I have been using this Oster for 3.5 years plus and it works flawlessly. I even purchased another cup just in case something happens to my blend-n-go cup or I lost it. My box still has the other cup w/ to-go top still unused. I am so amazed that I went online to see if you had any large electric skillets. And you have a 12"x16" Oster DiamondForce w/ Hinged Lid. I am going to pick up tomorrow or order online. Thank you Oster for such great products. There are many brands available but Oster does it better than anyone and at a very reasonable price! Why waste time on any other!

I think a couple things could be improved, including how sharp the blades are (or maybe its a motor issue?). I used some oat milk, semi-frozen fruit (bananas and strawberries), and some protein powder, and it came out mostly fine. There were some bigger chunks of strawberry at the bottom of my smoothie and the protein powder wasn't really mixed super well throughout, despite multiple blends. I think next time I'll let the fruit thaw a little more and not use the protein powder and see if that helps!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great, but is there a replacement bottle? Got this for my son going to college. We are testing it out before he actually takes it to the dorm and we both are loving it. It's very easy to operate and easy to clean. We love the part where we just blend and drink off of the container bottle and that it has a separate lid that we can take it to places. The only thing I am concerned is the plastic container doesn't seem super strong, so I feel like it would crack if my son happens to drop it or is not really careful. I just wish I know where to get the replacement bottle. I cannot find one for MyBlend Plus. Even the manual doesn't mention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a high end blender that works good for smoothies but often don’t bother taking it out to just make enough for one. I am honestly surprised at the power of this Oster ‘My Blend’ Plus personal blender. It only takes 20-30 seconds to blend completely even when using frozen fruit. I just use a tad bit more liquid if using frozen vs. fresh. Even spinach blended smooth. Super quick and convenient to add the lid and take on the go. Easy to drink out of and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

It's super easy to use and really simple to clean after use. It twists into the base with ease just a quick turn, then it clicks in, then just press the button. Within seconds your beverage is blended and ready to drink. Once I'm finished with it i just rinse it out with some hot water and rinse the cap/blade the same way and that's it, all clean. This personal blender is definitely on this year's Christmas gift list, I know my friends and will love it.

It's super simple to operate and blends anything you throw in it well. There is a 500 ml bottle that doubles to blend and drink out of, all you have to do is switch the top. The drinking spout is wide mouth, to ensure max pour for those who like their shakes a little thicker. There are two indicators (one on the bottle, other on the base) that show you where to line up for easy connection. Once you line those up, a small turn to lock it in, press the button and you're off to blending! I believe I'm gonna use this little gadget alot because it does not disappoint! I definitely recommend for those who like fresh shakes on the go.

I sometimes put the plastic container in the dishwasher to clean. However, most recently, when I took it out of the dishwasher, The top of the plastic container had melted making it impossible to screw on the blade or the top.

I wanted to attach pictures of my Mango Smoothie Bowl, but the first taste was soooo good I couldn’t stop eating it. I used a bag of frozen Mango Chunks, one large fresh Sweet Mango and one 8oz Tub of Noosa Honey Yogurt. It was soooo creamy, it gave me brain freeze like when you’re eating ice cream. This powerful personal blender will be gifts in the future. Stay tuned I will return with pictures of my next Blend. Oh oops, almost forgot, and it is sooo easy to clean! ! ! ! !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hole in blender My wife bought this for me last month. I started to fill the bottle with orange juice and yogurt for a smoothie. However there was a small hole (not a crack) that caused the OJ to leak all over the counter. I can't imagine this is a standard design, just got past inspection. When we go to exchange at the store, I'll take out the bottle to make sure it doesn't have a hole.

I like the blender because of its size so when the first top broke I bought a new blender so I could get the new top but the new top also broke within the first month (even though I was extra careful with the lid ) so I started looking for replacements. I’ve ordered two replacement bottles, but neither of them fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best investment ever. It won’t let you down! We had our first version for 4-5 yrs. It was when they came with a blue or pink bottle and a lid. I bought another one online when we finally wore it out and someone gave us a ninja juicer. The ninja was junk! The rubber gasket kept coming undone and wrapping up in the motor and juice would go all over the cabinet. Replaced that one again and the second did the same thing after a couple of months and I threw it away! But the Oster! I will have forever and hope they never stop making it. It’s reliable and pure quality! Trusted everytime. Sharp blades and powerful. My wife even uses it to grind up dry oats before using it in certain recipes which I’m sure is completely off label. The design of this machine is tough. It works and we love it.

I like that it is a small appliance that fits great in your kitchen space. The 20oz sports bottle that comes with it,is the perfect size.The cup has measurements on the side so you can follow recipes if you want. There is definitely enough power to blend veggies,fruits or nuts. The one touch blend button is handy and easy to use. I am enjoying this blender! I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

You can take it right out of the blender and drink out of the 'cup'. The only downside is that there's only one speed so it's not super powerful. And it didn't always chop up some of my fruit completely. But overall I liked it.

I decided to get one for my youngest as she's off to college this fall, but I can't find a spare bottle anywhere. Why doesn't Oster just sell these with 2 bottles? 1 is just lonely.

I was so curious when I first opened it because it is not glass and completely lightweight plus it is easy to handle. I find it fascinating how it is impact-resistant and can be easily transformed into a drink bottle! This is simplistic and it really is a “personal” blender as it suggests. I really love that it comes with a lid to attach to the blender whenever I am finished blending. This turns the blender into a personal drink similar to a sports bottle or any on-the-go bottle that I would carry my drink around in. This is just as easy to clean as it is to use! It has a removable blade and is dish-washer safe. This is also fire-resistant which I was really impressed by! I also love how slim this is and can easily be stored anywhere when not in use.

This comes with its own workout bottle. I can put some fruit and suplements in this, then place it on the base just before I go to the gym and I have a fresh smoothie. This thing is super convenient, I can have everything ready the night before, just get up, blend and go! I totally recommend this product for people on the go, but still like to eat healthy and workout.

It makes the perfect portable ready to go shake or smoothie on the go. Absolute perfect size with no extra to waste or clean up. It is very powerful cuts through ice and frozen food and is fairly quiet. Small and portable so easy to put in a corner or in a cabinet when not being used. Much better than expected and a definite buy if you are a daily smoothie protein shake person .

I get up and go right downstairs to make my smoothie for the morning. I am then able to carry it around with me right off the blender. The blender itself is nice and powerful and does a good good blending both fresh and frozen fruits. It is easy to just toss it in the dishwasher and start again later in the day for snack smoothies or meal replacements.

I really liked that it has a long enough cable, the glass is made of a drop resistant plastic, the blades are metallic and very resistant, in general I liked it a lot. I made my protein with frozen fruit and it worked perfectly and effortlessly.

I’ve been using it for my smoothies at work. I’ve tried it with fruit and some lettuces. I like how portable it is, the small size, and the fact that I can use it as a bottle with the sipping top that comes with it. It’s made with BPA free plastic and all that jazz. Even the motor is more quiet than my full-size Oster blender. There is literally one button to push and it is easy to clean. I literally just rinse it out, shake it, and it’s good to go for round two. I like all of these features. With that being said, this works best for fruit only. I put some romaine lettuce in my smoothie, and it blended it, but left tiny pieces in the mix. I still was able to drink it. Again, there is nothing wrong with this. I think it was just designed more for fruit and not tough greens. I recommend blending greens first with a small amount of water and ice to really Get those broken down before you add any fruit or additional liquids. It also might be best to use a softer green like spinach. Other than this, I love it. It’s sitting in my office right now waiting for me to use it.

I did have to put at least 250ml of liquid into it in order for it to work. Also, you really need to chop up your frozen fruit into pieces smaller than 1 cubic inch or it will stall out the motor. The body of the blender doubles as a to go drink container which is really nice when you are in a hurry and not wanting to create extra dishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use and Clean, Blends Smooth, Good Power [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Oster® MyBlend® Plus Personal Blender has been great so far for making smoothies. I’ve been using frozen banana, peanut butter, yogurt and a few ice cubes for my smoothie and it’s been powering through it like a champ. It blends in just a minute or two and comes out smooth and creamy. I breaks the ice up well and the smoothies have a good thickness to them. I did find while blending that I worked better for me if I took it off the base and shook it up a little to shift the ingredients around a little but the end result was definitely smooth and shake-like. The machine itself is really easy to use. You place your ingredients in the bottle, screw on the blade and put it into the blender by lining up the arrow on the jar and machine. It locks into place and then you pulse and blend until it’s the consistency you want. It’s all a one button touch. No guessing at which speed or button to push. The blade/base is easy to clean. It doesn’t have a lot of crevices to try and clean out which is nice. It screws easily onto the base and seems pretty tight once it’s on there. I didn’t feel it was hard to remove after blending but it did take constant pressure to get the bottom off after blending. I didn’t find this to be a bother and like that I can use it without feeling like the finished product is going to spill when taking it off the base. The bottle itself feels a little lightweight but after using it, I feel like it is sturdier than I initially thought. The bottle is dishwasher safe but if you’re handwashing it, you’ll need a bottle brush to clean it. The lid for the bottle is study. It latches tightly and stays closed. There is also a ring on the top that helps seal the spout when closed so it doesn’t leak or spill which I like. The spout itself is a smaller than I would like and I found it a little difficult to drink a thicker smoothie out of. I think I would like the lid better if the spout was a little larger. Overall, this is a good product that has enough power to make a good smoothie and allows you take it on the go without having to transfer it to something else. Clean up is quick and easy and there isn’t really anyplace that I feel particles will get stuck in. I recommend this if you’re looking for a new personal blender.
