Rated 1 out of 5 by from Toasts 1 side only All 4 slots toast on 1 side only. Other side of bread gets warm only. Never had a toaster do this. So Oster is special in this regard. This has been going on since we got it 2 months ago. Not looking for a refund, we will be looking for a new toaster other than Oster for sure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Toasts very well. I have had this toaster for bout a month. But I have no idea what the bagel setting does. In my previous toaster the bagel setting toasted only the cut side. I don't tast bagels but I do toas a lot of English muffins. The need to be toasted only on one side.

This toaster is well made and is very easy to clean. The instructions on the use of it are very straight forward and easy to understand. I believe that This toaster will give me many years of service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had this for a month and it's already not working This toaster held such promise and now one side doesn't heat at all, the other side barely heats. There is a broken part inside we can hear rattle when we move or pick up the toaster. I am so disappointed in how cheaply made it is.
