Disappointed
I bought this unit from Costco. Was very excited to test out the air frying capabilities but very disappointed to see that there is a gap between the french doors when they are closed, and a lot of heat escapes through this gap.
Thus I am using more electricity than necessary..not very sustainable and also an extra cost to me.
This must be a manufacturing or design error.

Can’t find replacement crumb tray and air fry tray
My daughter and I both purchased at Costco. We use all the time. But even with washing after each use the trays discolor and we would like new ones but we can not find them. We tried ereplacement parts but after paying and waiting for 2 months never received part then giving refund after complaints. The oven itself is hard to clean even following your cleaning instructions.
Besides the cleaning we like the oven especially air fry
