I am still using the same blender my mother bought and used to make my baby food. I also used it for making our 2 sons baby food. It is an amazing workhorse and the best appliance we have ever owned! I highly recommend any Oster product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as it should I bought this about a month ago, and now I make sure to take my blender apart to wash. ha ha. I'm disappointed in how they shipped it, though. It comes packed on a small flat cardboard, yet it was put into a large box, about 8" square. With nothing else in it. What a waste of shipping fees. That disappoints me. It only needed an 'envelope' to mail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good service I bought the rubber seals about a month ago and can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner, I just didn’t think to order new ones online. The one complaint I have is it was such a small and slim package that was sent in a big empty box!! It definitely could have just been sent in a bubble envelope and that would have saved on the high shipping cost as well!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick Delivery I was worried when the sealing ring on my blender died as I use it daily for smoothies. I found the Oster site and it was extremely easy to navigate. I ordered the replacement part and paid for it in under five minutes. Less than a week later I was up and running again. I was very impressed with their quick service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy Oster Blenders I received rhe blender about two years ago as a gift. I had an Oster blender many years ago and it had been great. It didn't need a sealing ring every 6 months. But my new blender does. I tried to find a serial number on the new blender but couldn't be sure of a tiny number that was unreadable. I ordered a sealing ring from Amazon but it wasn't exactly the same size so the blender continued to leak. Then I tried to contact Oster and got a French speaking robot. When I called the number it was out of order. DO NOT BUY OSTER PRODUCTS. IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sealing rings When the rings came out of the package, paper from the packaging stuck to them. I tried soaking the rings, and scrubbing them, however, most of the paper remained stuck to them. I am quite disappointed in the quality of the product.
