Rated 1 out of 5 by from screw-on base broke I've had the blender less than 2 years and use it rarely. the base started to crack half an inch from the bottom. each time I screwed it on, it cracked further, until it finally broke all around and my food poured out the bottom. I filled out the online help request but got no response. I am now on the phone with someone who seems to know nothing.

Rarely use it, and every time I use it, it doesn't do the job, like chop & mix botton, just making noise and not chopping properly. Can I return to the Store (London Drug) where I bought it? Still under warranty. Much appreciate your help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not recomended I bought my blender 6 months ago while I was blending something it stopped and I smelt a stinky smoke therefore it's not working anymore and the bad thing I didn't register it so it was a lost.
