Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is my 2nd Machine-- No Good The 1st one pooped out after 2 1/2 years. Bought I 2nd identical one assuming the 1st turned into a lemon. When it works it's great...but...now the 2nd one (not even one year old) leaks and doesn't froth. The coffee starts to pour out all n it's own. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine. Works wonderful since 2015 I love my coffee maker. It has been consistently making my morning cappuccino for the last 7 years. It is great that you can chose the coffee you like. Coffee brands goes and come but I stay loyal to my coffee maker. After 7 years, my filter stuck, and I am looking for a replacement. It is only the expresso filtre. Hopefully I would find a way to replaced as my machine is working perfectly otherwise. The best investment ever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken straight out of the box. The milk frother doesn't even work. Nothing comes out of the milk side. The Spot where it comes out constantly leaks.... I bought this all today. Complete garbage. It does look nice though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Makes Good Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte It's easy to use and cleans nicely. Important to keep it clean after use to prevent clogs and buildup of milk. I'm disappointed that the water reservoir often leaks after re-seating onto the base when replenishing the water supply. It can take dozens of attempts at seating the water tank before a proper seal is formed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Purchased two and frother stopped working on both Owner of two. Both stopped frothing milk after about 2 1/2 years. Ran cleaning cycle regularly (after almost every froth on the 2nd unit). Contacted support and were of no help (gave me troubleshooting for a completely different cappuccino maker). Because it was outside warranty I took the first one apart and even if I could fix it, it would be impossible to put back together. Too bad because it made decent coffees.

No matter how much I clean it or check the seals the frother only produces a trickle of milk. About seven or eight out of ten times it actually works a bit with skim milk which I don't really like...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pump doesn’t work Worked well for a year and a half, now the pump has broken. Where can I take this to be repaired? My Oster authorized repair depot said that the Prima Latte cannot be repared, Is this true? Rate 4 stars if can be repaired. Rate 2 star if it can’t.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but now has a trouble... Hi, the machine worked for a while but today when it's turned on, the lights keep blinking and won't stop so the machine cannot brew anything. Have checked everything and they are all in the right place. Need trouble shooing help please?
