Rated 3 out of 5 by SubtleCow from No Manual I was gifted this as a pre-christmas gift, but the box didn't have a manual in it. After finally admitting I can't figure out the buttons on this kettle without a manual I come to your website only to find you don't have a manual available. I'm disappointed that I'm going to have to keep randomly clicking the buttons until I can figure out the pattern that lets me make tea.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KimCuthilk from Love this kettle I've had this kettle since I moved out of my folks house 7 years ago! It gets used daily! Today our screen broke and I am so sad! I wish we could buy a replacement! I will have to go buy a replacement kettle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Timbo from Great kettle This kettle has worked for me for several years now and I drink tea like an Englishman (I am an Englishman) Variable temp is a must for me and the price was reasonable considering the other kettles with the same features were up to twice the price. The only criticism I could give it is that the print has worn off the buttons but by the time it did I had memorized their function anyway.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Valleytech from Great kettle with only 1 issue I would have given this kettle 5 stars except that it has developed one issue that is a little annoying. When the kettle is left at the default 100 degrees it now regularly will not auto shut off. If you select a lower temperature it always works but a 100 it will continue to boil until dry. A bit of safety issue and you have to make sure you don't forget it. Sadly that is this the only flaw I have found in the unit. Other than that it works great and and for the last 2 years it has been one of the best kettles I have ever owned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Teachernurse from Leaking kettle Have had this kettle for just over a year and it is leaking profusely. Our last kettle from a different manufacturer was a quarter of the price and lasted 15 years without any problems. Would never buy Oster again, ever!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by JanM from Built to last? I purchased this kettle in September 2014 and use it daily. I descale it often and it is in great condition (looks almost new). It started leaking at the base of the window (water level gauge) 2 days ago. I can't find my manual to see how long these kettles are supposed to last. Current price is now exactly twice what I paid for it with no improvements.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gail from Poor value for money I bought this Kettle about 6 months ago. Having a number of Oster products over the year I was very sure that the performance of this one would not be any difference. Was I wrong. It worked great for the first few months, my husband drinks only green tea and having the choice of temp was a big selling point. I only drink tea that requires a boiling temp so this kettle was perfect. Then I noticed some water on my counter first thought it was me spilling it then I noticed that the water was leaking from the water level window. As I had never had a problem with a Oster product before due to high quality of the product I no longer have the receipt I do live in an area of hard water and I followed the instructions on cleaning the kettle . So no I won't be getting another Oster kettle and will think twice about buying any other product due to the poor quality of this one and at 80 dollars it makes the kettle very expensive for the six months I owned it.
