Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, nice size...great coffee I bought this pot January 19, 2020....I waited to write a review so that I could properly evaluate it. I am very happy with it...great size, takes up very little space. Don't be overly zealous with your decision because of the colour code feature... once you are familiar with the pot you will use the quantity of coffee that suits your taste buds. However, for some it will be very handy. I was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked it and realized it was smaller that what I anticipated...this immediately was the deciding factor for me to keep it. No fancy buttons...but has what you need. Very silent and very fast. It will not disappoint.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oster coffee pot This coffee pot was relatively expensive to buy and I would not recommend it to anyone. The display screen shows a Ec4 code and would not brew the coffee. I phoned the 800 number is the booklet only to be told it was the wrong number. Phoned the new number given and it was answered by a person whose accent was so strong I couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me. Tried the Oster websites and found no answer only others experiencing the same problems and offering their solutions, which did not work. This coffee pot is a waste of money.

The spring loaded mechanism for allowing the coffee to drip is a light weight plastic that has given us trouble and now has stopped working entirely. The wait line to speak to someone on the phone is interminable and the announcements are only in French. I would NOT recommend this light weight product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great feature simply put great product sadly my old coffee maker had to be replaced, so I contacted oster.They sent me a replacement coffeemaker . boy oh boy I was beyond happy with their selection .The sleek look really impressed me but the raste blew me away..definitely an oster fan for life..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable, do not buy In April 2021 we bought an earlier Oster coffee maker model (BVSTVMX3803). By Jan 2022 (9 months later) it stopped working and we were sent this newer model (BVSTRF300-033) as a warranty replacement. In just over 2 years (Mar 2024), this newer model also stopped working with the same symptom (end-of-cycle beeping sound) when pressing either the CLEAN or the BREW button to try to start it.

You hit the brew button and within a minute it beeps and lights up saying "Fresh" without actually brewing any coffee. I've seen another review with the same issue. I did the troubleshooting I saw and nothing. There's tons of bad reviews so needless to say we won't be buying Oster products again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lasts a few months I purchased in January, got it replaced under warranty in March. Then that coffee maker also stopped working a couple weeks ago (October). I contacted customer support and have yet to hear back. It's like they're waiting until the year warranty is up so they don't have to replace it yet again. Don't bother unless you like replacing your coffee maker every 6 months.
