Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement for our old 12 speed Oster blender. Bought the new one on the 9/sept/2020 Just delivered on the 24 th Sept. Had a very hard time finding the model number on the new one the old one has the model number on the bottom and is marked model 6811. I could not locate the model number on the new one so I used 1200. Could you please let me know where the model number is on the new one.

How do I go about getting a manual for this blender? I do not feel I can give a good rating for this as yet as I have not used it and am waiting to find out how I can get a manual.

However when washing the glass in the sink, a spoon landed on the spout and a piece came off. I think there was a flaw in it when I got it but thought nothing of it. It should be a warranty problem if I could find out how to deal with this.

I believe that there was a flaw in the glass and when tapped by a teaspoon a piece fell out. I need to find a manual for this machine and also the part number for the glass jar. would love Oster to deal with this

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use just purchased and found the first smoothie I made with ice worked and was smooth. Second one not so well. Had cleaned it and put the parts back together but started leaking out the bottom the next time I used it. Oster what is the problem, same ingredients.
