Perfect for any Kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great blender for anyone's kitchen. I love how easy it is to use. It has 3 texture settings depending on how thick you want it. It has 2 programmed setting which is smoothie and food chop. If you want more control it also has manual as well. First thing we made using this was a banana smoothie and it came out just right. Then we used the food chop again came out perfect. The blend and go cup was perfect for a quick smoothie drink in the morning when you do not have much time for anything to eat. It feels well made and very durable to last for a long time. There is so much you can do with this blender.

Good Blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this blender several times now and really do like it. It has several different options for me to choose. I have made the best smoothies and frappes with this machine. It gets the texture perfect every time for each different type of drink. My wife loves it when I make the frappes for her and the kids love the smoothies. It looks great in the kitchen and works perfectly. I would recommend this blender to anyone looking to blend any type of drink or puree foods. It works great and is dependable. Super easy to clean up as well.

Great features for on the go smoothies!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall look and appearance of the blender is very sleek and looks good in my contemporary kitchen. The 6 cup glass jar is so nice to have and cleans easily (I will never go back to a plastic jar)! By I think my favorite feature is the texture select technology that allows me to choose how thick I want the consistency to be for my smoothies and/or soups. You can choose this setting and know it will come out how you intend it too! The blend -n - go cup is pretty cool as well! Blend your smooth, put a lid on it and out you go! Great product and a good price!

unexpectedly great!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one awesome blender!!.. There's a little learning curve to find the right button to use for your smoothie consistency preference but once you do watch out!! This makes some seriously smooth smoothies!!! It will blend rough large chopped apples, oranges, kiwi, bananas and whole spinach/kale with ease. You literally just press the right button combination of how you want your smoothie and just wait for it to be done. It's that easy, you can walk away and wait till it's ready to drink. It also crushes up ice with ease! Because it's glass cleanup is so easy.. a simple quick rinse with soap...

Texture Select Master Series Blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a powerful blender provides 800 peak watts of blending power, 6-point stainless steel blade,2 food settings smoothie and food chop and 3 texture settings thin, medium, and thick and the Glass jar is also dishwasher safe.I love the fact that the bottom of the blender come off makes it easier to clean the blade. Every morning i use the 24-oz. Blend-N-Go cup to make my smoothie and take it to work.

White Smoke!
There are many issues with this product;
. no locking mechanism to hold the jug in place, sits in the base by gravity
. the User Interface of the Controller doesn't match with the performance
-- there isn't any difference between SMOOTHIE and FOOD CHOP modes
-- there isn't any real result to TEXTURE options either (speed variations?)
-- the PULSE feature doesn't have enough torque/power to chop solids
The most serious issue.. 15 seconds after turning on the machine, burning smell from the motor followed by white smoke (burning rubber, oil and plastics). This could lead to an electrical shortage and into a fire hazard. After a few test runs I have stopped using this blender.

My new favorite kitchen appliance!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender was everything I expected and more. The Oster Texture Select is definitely in a class of its own. These blender was a blessing in disguise. My fiance' and kids love to use our blender to make smoothies. A couple of months ago our blender just stopped working. So now we have a new and much better replacement. This blender has 6 pre-programmed settings for your desired consistency. The blender cup was definitely a nice touch. It makes it very easy to travel with when my fiance' is going to the gym or just out and about. This blender is made to last and super easy to use. This is my new favorite kitchen appliance hands down. I

Powerful and Looks Good on my counter

Definitely a quality product. My 9 year old has been using it almost daily to make smoothies and it’s easy enough for her to use safely.
