Fresh Brew™ Timer tracks just how long your coffee has been ready to ensure your coffee is hot and fresh when you need it. It's also equipped with a Pause 'N Serve feature that stops the brewing cycle to pour a cup or two, and then continues brewing until complete. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like it but no replacement carafes I've had it for six months - it's great. The lid over the brew basket doubles as a funnel to pour water into the tank making this the most user-friendly coffee maker I've owned. As others have mentioned, the beeper beeps too early, but in my case this doesn't stop it from brewing. I just ignore the beep. Problem: I recently broke the carafe, and have discovered that Oster does not sell the replacement carafe. This is quite bizarre to me and makes me wonder about management at this company. Oster, when you order a shipment from that big Chinese factory, include an order for replacement carafes. (Not so hard, eh?)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only Brews partial cups I bought this coffee maker 4 months ago, and after a month of use, it started to only brew half a cup before beeping that it was done, even if I had put in 8 cups worth. Tried unplugging it, tried running clean cycle, tried using other coffee brewing options and it always beeped that it was done before even a cup was brewed. I eventually returned the coffee maker and exchanged it for a replacement as I figured there was a faulty sensor. I've had my new one for about a month and the exact same thing is happening. For a $90 coffee maker, this thing should be brewing perfectly. Instead I paid a huge quantity to get a coffee maker that runs worse then it's $30 competitors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YASSSSSS! Best dang coffee maker! I have had Oster coffeemakers for about 10 years. My first one gave up the ghost after 9 years. I replaced it with another model (not Oster) and discovered to my dismay that no matter what I did, the coffee was 'meh'. So, I sold that one and bought a pricier unit, an Oster and was happy, once again. However, that unit had a problem. Of course, a week out of warranty. (There is an in-store 1 year warranty) I contacted Oster and after providing pictures and a copy of my receipt, they agreed to exchange the unit. GREAT product and exceptional service from the company. I am very pleased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oster I bought a second Oster after tapping the Carafe on the side of the sink. I phoned them for 3 days and everyday of the 3 days they said there was 8 people ahead of me. I stayed on the phone for for almost an hour waiting and still no answer. They were saying how important you as a customer were. I asked question about ordering a Carafes and still no replie to my questions. And what does my age of to do with the Carafe?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Carafe breaks you will need a new cofffee maker I would give this product a 5 star review, however if you break the carafe you will need to purchase an entire new coffee maker. I contacted oster to see about a replacement carafe and was told they could ship me one, but they weren't sure if it would fit. I have been waiting 6 weeks for this new carafe which may or may not work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken Pot This coffee pot had issues from day one. For example if you fill the pot to make 10 cups you only get 8 cups brewed. Also when it beeps it’s still not done brewing. The pot doesn’t slide into position smoothly and gets caught on the brewing basket causing coffee to spill. Now the pot is broken and I can’t purchase a replacement pot. I will not be purchasing another Oster product (or Sunbeam). Also it is a mystery how the pot was broken because it wasn’t dropped or broken while washing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Coffee maker I bought this about 3 years ago. It makes great coffee due to the option to have the brew slow down so that it steeps before filling the pot. Just cleaned the pot today and figured it warranted a bit of praise. The pot itself has been banged more than it should have survived. The machine is easy to clean with the auto-clean reminder. Looks good. Not too big on the counter. (I have posted similar review elsewhere - figured if I am going to complain about products I don't like, I should compliment products I do like.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Constant source of frustration This is my 3rd Coffee Maker from Oster, give them credit, they sent me replacements twice, the first smelled of Plastic with every brew, the second unit sensors wouldn’t brew all the water in the reservoir creating a poor cup, the third lasted about 9 months and now this one leaves water in the reservoir as well. I am tired of shaking it to get the sensors to kick in. Extremely poor quality sensors, never had a problem with a competitors unit for 10 years, this one? Stay away.
