Great product
Bought this item at Sears, almost 10 years ago. Have used it weekly since then, could open 20+ bottles of wine before needing to be recharged, so that’s awhile between charges, and is just now losing its ability to hold a long charge. It has been trouble-free since we bought it. Have ordered a replacement because it’s the best wine opener we’ve ever had. The only odd thing about it is the red light that comes on when charging. It never goes out or changes to green when it’s finished charging. Not a problem though as we charge it overnight and then unplug it until it needs charging again (usually a month or more later).

Poor build qualty
It worked fine at first but after opening less than 20 bottles the corkscrew broke and fell out. A cheap plastic part at the base of the screw that is attached to the motor snapped in half. Definitely not built to last.

Great Purchase
I bought this last Christmas after seeing one at a friends and have been very happy with it. It took me a few minutes to figure out how it works, but once I did, it was great. Word of advice, don't let the charge get too low. You need to be able to get the cork back out of it without the battery going dead.

Great for Arthritic hands!!!
I’ve had one of these for years and just purchased 3 for gifts. The plug in charge lasts for months!!
This is so easy to use both into the cork and removing it. Even with Arthritis it’s perfect- if you can push a button you can open wine in seconds!!

Big disappointment
Loved it at the beginning and showed it off to all my wine drinking friends. It was fun to use and It worked great. One day I went to use it and all of the black backing has now turned sticky. Every bit og it. Used various product to restore the finish but nothing worked. As a result, I can no longer use it as you can't hold it. What a huge disappointment.

Worked great until it didn't
Loved this product for the first three months of use and then it stopped working all together which is disappointing. I tried calling the 1-800 number I saw in the response to some other reviews and the automated line said they aren't able to take phone calls because of the pandemic. Please contact me to help me love this product once more
